  S#!+hole to deliver to be prepared to sit and wait half of the day just to get unloaded. Unless of course you are one of the hillbilly local drivers or a Mexican. Also if you have to back into door one off of the street be careful you will almost rip your door off as some idiot thought it would be a good idea to put two docks where there's barely room for one. Very poorly built facility.
