  I do a lot of business with best buy and this is the worst store! Very bad selection in the cell phone Dept. Many missing items from where they should be... I am VERY upset about today's visit. I bought a phone 5 days ago and have my receipt and box and they will not return the phone. It has a small crack in the screen so it cannot be returned because it is "damaged". Charlie M. Is a poor manager and does not listen to customers. I spent about an hour and a half here today and am VERY frustrated. I will be back tomorrow to speak to the general manager and work up from there but my phone should be returnable.
