  Brought in a couple windows to be painted. The “painter” was there that day and I talked to him directly about what I was looking for - nothing fancy just a plain semi-gloss white. He told me they were backed up and they would be done in 2 weeks. I kept calling and they kept putting me off. 8 weeks later they finally told me my windows were ready. Charged me $25 (which I thought was very cheap) but when I pulled them out of the box there were globs of paint everywhere. It looked like a matte primer. And parts of the window were still unpainted (wood showing through). Showed the employee and she was as surprised as I was and told me she would have him fix them. Another 6 weeks went by and they called to tell me they were ready to be picked up. Got there and they didn’t look much different than before. Still globs of paint but no wood showing through this time. Paint was all over the glass. They also broke the glass out of one of them as well. The owner was there and she was increasingly rude to me. Said it was broken when I dropped it off (it was not - nor was it broken when I came to pick it up the first time) told me I got a cheap deal at $25 anyway (I’m not the one that decided the price - I would have gladly paid more for quality work) Told me I wasn’t clear in what I was asking for. She refunded my $25. I asked what I was supposed to do about the fact that they ruined my windows and now I am out that cost too. She told me I overpaid for the windows in the first place and rolled her eyes at me. Ask for samples of their work before you have anything painted here!
  Then dont expect much...
  Horrible quality work and customer experience.
